At The Farm, we take actual pictures of each instrument and make sure they are fully set-up and ready to play before we ship them. Each instrument goes through a multi-point inspection, followed by a set-up process by our in-house tech staff. We then photograph each instrument with high-quality equipment in our on-site photography studio. We know that details like wood grain and color finishes can vary, so we want you to be able to see, to the best of our ability, exactly what you will be receiving.
This process takes over an hour for each instrument - from inspection to pictures. We care about the instrument we put into your hands! Rest assured your guitar was not just plucked off of a shelf and drop-shipped to you from a warehouse without care.

Designed to be the ideal performance acoustic guitar, Yamaha's AC1R acoustic electric guitar is crafted from the ground up to be perfectly suited to life on the road. With natural, dynamic plugged-in tone and stage-ready simplicity from the onboard pickup system, played-in comfort thanks to hand-rolled fretboard edges on a straight taper neck, a custom designed scalloped bracing pattern for a powerful, expressive acoustic tone and Yamaha's legendary road-ready construction to make sure it's ready when you are, night after night.
This concert cutaway body with solid Sitka Spruce top and Rosewood back and sides articulates mids and highs, defined lows and exceptional comfort. And, a new sound has been developed for the A-series that is louder and stronger in the low-mid ranges, thanks to cutting-edge acoustic analysis technology developed by the Yamaha R&D Division. Their analysis led to the development of the new scalloped bracing for the top board and shorter bracing than normal for the back.
The simple, organic design features wood binding and other techniques that capture the warmth of wood. The distinctive shape of the pickguard, which stands out when performing, is a revival of the N1000 guitar that Yamaha released in 1975.
The AC1R concert body cutaway guitar features the Yamaha original SRT piezo pickup for solid, plugged-in performance.

You are buying a quality instrument made of wood. Each instrument goes through a pre-shipment inspection to ensure you are getting a great quality instrument. However, please keep in mind when instruments are shipped, they can endure temperature changes as well as doing the "shipper shuffle" and therefore minor adjustments may be needed to set up the instrument to your personal preferences after receiving it.
Included in your shipment will be instructions on care and maintenance.
