The Ibanez EPP400 (Effects Patching Programmer) is a vintage 1980s 1U rackmount programmable loop switcher. It lets guitarists and bassists connect up to five effects, change their physical routing order for each preset, store 128 patches, and control everything via MIDI. 

This is a used programmer and does show some signs of slight use, but has been fully tested and functions as expected. Please take a moment to review our pictures, as they accurately portray the true condition of this programmer.
