The guitar pictured is the actual guitar you will receive!
At The Farm, we take actual pictures of each instrument and make sure they are fully set-up and ready to play before we ship them. Each instrument goes through a multi-point inspection, followed by a set-up process by our in-house tech staff. We then photograph each instrument with high-quality equipment in our on-site photography studio. We know that details like wood grain and color finishes can vary, so we want you to be able to see, to the best of our ability, exactly what you will be receiving.
This process takes over an hour for each instrument - from inspection to pictures. We care about the instrument we put into your hands! Rest assured your guitar was not just plucked off of a shelf and drop-shipped to you from a warehouse without care.
This guitar, along with its two other sisters in our collection, was part of Charvel's EVH Art Series. This was a collection of replicas designed and made in the USA by a collaboration of Eddie and Charvel upon signing with Fender Guitars.
These guitars were a brilliant idea in his transition from Peavey to his own EVH line, and with only being sold for a limited time, are a very cool piece!
Below we have an exerpt from one of the ads these guitars were first featured in 2006.
"It's about time! In 1978 Eddie Van Halen revolutionized the art of rock guitar. Not only was his playing style unique, so was his guitar. Uncompromising in his values, Eddie refused to replicate his original striped designs until they could be done on a guitar worthy of his legacy. That time is now.
EVH Art Series guitars are hand built and feature three original striped body designs, a custom wound humbucking pickup, Floyd Rose Original tremolo, and a compound radius quartersawn maple neck."
