Summer NAMM 2004 was the last year that Peavey would feature the EVH signature Wolfgang model, and this beauty is one that was on display.
We aquired this from a gentleman that was Eddie's Artist Relations manager throughout the 90s for the Peavey brand. As an added feature, the fretboard features block inlays with the EVH singature stripes.
Peavey Wolfgang guitars were made available in 1996 and went on until Eddie left Peavey in 2004. The idea of the guitar was very similar to that of the Ernie Ball guitar Eddie had previously used, with a few unique qualities. Some of those qualities include the addition of a maple top, new headstock shape, tone adjustment knob, and three way switch at the top of the body rather than the bottom. One of the most unique qualities was the addition of the D-Tuner that was added to the Floyd Rose.
Although you can't find many Peavey Woflgang guitars around anymore, if you find yourself in the presence of one such as this, you are a very lucky individual!
