At The Farm, we take actual pictures of each instrument and make sure they are fully set-up and ready to play before we ship them. Each instrument goes through a multi-point inspection, followed by a set-up process by our in-house tech staff. We then photograph each instrument with high-quality equipment in our on-site photography studio. We know that details like wood grain and color finishes can vary, so we want you to be able to see, to the best of our ability, exactly what you will be receiving.
This process takes over an hour for each instrument - from inspection to pictures. We care about the instrument we put into your hands! Rest assured your mandolin was not just plucked off of a shelf and drop-shipped to you from a warehouse without care.
Epiphone's deluxe A style mandolin is inspired by Epiphone's historic mandolins of the 20s and 30s and offers mandolinists balanced tone along with the ability cut through as a rhythm or solo instrument. This MM-30S mandolin features a solid Spruce top with Mahgany back and sides, a floating adjustable bridge, classic f-holes and a tortoise style pickguard with classic “E” logo.
The hand-set Okoume neck features a 14” scale length, the same as Epiphone's MM-50E “F-5” inspired professional mandolin. The thinly applied Antique Sunburst finish gives this instrument a classic hue while still allowing the select Spruce top’s inherent tone qualities to shine through, making the MM-30S an instrument that sounds as good as instruments costing much more.
This is a used mandolin and does show some signs of slight use, but has been fully tested and functions as expected. Please take a moment to review our pictures, as they accurately portray the true condition of this mandolin.

You are buying a quality instrument made of wood. Each instrument goes through a pre-shipment inspection to ensure you are getting a great quality instrument. However, please keep in mind when instruments are shipped, they can endure temperature changes as well as doing the "shipper shuffle" and therefore minor adjustments may be needed to set up the instrument to your personal preferences after receiving it.
Included in your shipment will be instructions on care and maintenance.
