Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations


At The Music Farm, we want to help you Grow Your Passion® by offering you the best products along with the best service. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy.

If there is a problem with something you purchased, please contact us so we can help you. That’s what we’re here for.

Please Note: All Affirm deals are final. Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted, unless an item has arrived damaged.

Damaged Items: If a damaged product arrives, please contact us immediately and we will swiftly handle this for you and send you replacement (if applicable) after our standard damage claim process is completed. ALL damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please take pictures of the damaged item. Once we have acknowledged your damage claim, the item must be placed back in the original manufacturer's packaging and in the shipping box that it arrived in, with all of the original packing material. 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in the original packaging and condition with all included accessories, case, paperwork, etc., and be shipped back to us, fully insured, at your expense. Once the item is received we will process a refund minus the original shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee. International shipments are not eligible for return.

For a number of reasons, some items are non-returnable including, but are not limited to the following:

  • Earphones/headphones
  • Amplifier Tubes
  • Microphones
  • Pick-ups 
  • Instrument mouthpieces
  • Software
  • Guitar straps

Order Cancellations

Canceled orders will be refunded less our payment processing fees which are NOT refundable.
