At The Farm, we take actual pictures of each instrument and make sure they are fully set-up and ready to play before we ship them. Each instrument goes through a multi-point inspection, followed by a set-up process by our in-house tech staff. We then photograph each instrument with high-quality equipment in our on-site photography studio. We know that details like wood grain and color finishes can vary, so we want you to be able to see, to the best of our ability, exactly what you will be receiving.
This process takes over an hour for each instrument - from inspection to pictures. We care about the instrument we put into your hands! Rest assured your guitar was not just plucked off of a shelf and drop-shipped to you from a warehouse without care.
While the LX1E Little Martin is Martin's smallest guitar, it is very big on tone, quality and versatility. The modified 0-14 fret body left handed acoustic guitar is constructed with a solid Sitka Spruce top and Mah patterned high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides, which offers a greater tolerance from fluctuating temperatures so you can take your guitar anywhere without worry. It’s ideal for travel, student practice or for just playing around the house or campfire!
The Modified Low Oval with Standard Taper neck is constructed from a rust Birch laminate. It has a scale length of 23", a 1 11/16" nut width, and the neck joins the body at the 14th fret, while there are 20 frets in total. Both the bridge and the fretboard are made from the durable, FSC certified Richlite material, with a white corian nut and compensated white tusq saddle.
All the craftsmanship and sound quality you've come to expect from Martin is packed into this Little Martin, and it even comes with a padded Martin gig bag and is stage ready with Fishman Sonitone electronics!

You are buying a quality instrument made of wood. Each instrument goes through a pre-shipment inspection to ensure you are getting a great quality instrument. However, please keep in mind when instruments are shipped they can endure temperature changes as well as doing the "shipper shuffle" and therefore minor adjustments may be needed to set up the instrument to your personal preferences after receiving it.
Included in your shipment will be instructions on care and maintenance.
