At The Farm, we take actual pictures of each instrument and make sure they are fully set-up and ready to play before we ship them. Each instrument goes through a multi-point inspection, followed by a set-up process by our in-house tech staff. We then photograph each instrument with high-quality equipment in our on-site photography studio. We know that details like wood grain and color finishes can vary, so we want you to be able to see, to the best of our ability, exactly what you will be receiving.
This process takes over an hour for each instrument - from inspection to pictures. We care about the instrument we put into your hands! Rest assured your guitar was not just plucked off of a shelf and drop-shipped to you from a warehouse without care.

The S2 Custom 24 is a classic workhorse guitar. Known for its exceptional clarity and warm midrange, the S2 Custom 24 features a solid Mahogany body with a beveled Flame Maple top, giving this guitar a classic look and outstanding resonance. Appointments include the patented PRS tremolo system, dual humucker pickups and a push/pull coil tap on the tone control for versatile, alive vintage tone.
When you pick up this guitar for the first time, you'll first notice how fast and smooth the neck is. It has a Pattern Regular Mahogany neck, based on Paul Reed Smith's original, pre-factory neck design used on the instruments he built in the late 80s. The neck is set into a Mahogany body that sports a Flame Maple top in a Black Cherry finish, which perfectly compliments the Flame Maple top.
Equipped with a PRS patented molded tremolo bridge, and HFS Treble and Vintage Bass humbucker pickups that produce a wide range of tones and remarkable clarity, 1 volume and 1 tone control (push/pull coil tap) and a 3-way toggle pickup selector.
This S2 Custom 24 in Black Cherry also features signature bird inlays for the classic PRS look and comes with the PRS gig bag pictured, but the tremolo bar is NOT included.

You are buying a quality instrument made of wood. Each instrument goes through a pre-shipment inspection to ensure you are getting a great quality instrument. However, please keep in mind when instruments are shipped, they can endure temperature changes as well as doing the "shipper shuffle" and therefore minor adjustments may be needed to set up the instrument to your personal preferences after receiving it.
Included in your shipment will be instructions on care and maintenance.
