The JJ Junior is powered by a pair of EL84 power tubes and three 12AX7 preamp tubes, providing a rich, harmonically complex sound that is both articulate and saturated. It features a two-channel design, offering a versatile range from glassy, AC30-style cleans to the thick, brooding high-gain tones that defined a generation. The amp's secret weapon is the JBE voicing switch, which unleashes an extra dose of gain and harmonic content for a more saturated and aggressive tone.
