This mid-to-late 1970’s Silverface Princeton Reverb is the real deal — dripping with vintage Fender tone, vibe, and history. With shimmering cleans, warm breakup, and lush tube-driven reverb and tremolo, it’s no wonder the Princeton Reverb has been a go-to for players across genres. Legends like Mike Campbell (Tom Petty), Gary Clark Jr., Larry Carlton and Tommy Tedesco have relied on the Princeton Reverb for its sweet tones, ease of portability and studio-ready sound.
This nearly 50 year old workhorse does show some signs of its age, but it would be remiss if it didn't show it's storied past with a scar or two. The original 10" speaker even has a Metronome Music (Mansfield, Ohio) shop sticker, adding a touch of regional history and mojo to this piece. Plug it in, and you’ll see why the Princeton Reverb is considered one of Fender’s most versatile, recording and stage-friendly amps.

This amp has been professionally serviced including, bot not limited to: the removal of the ground switch and it's cap from the circuit (for safety purposes), electrolytic caps replaced as needed and completely re-tubed with JJ tubes.
Please note, it does not include the original footswitch, but included is a modern footswitch with an RCA adaptor strictly to allow the Vibrato to function - perfect for an always on sound, but may need to be replaced if a desire to completely bypass the Reverb or Vibrato circuits.
This is a used amplifier and does show some signs of slight use, but has been fully tested and functions as expected. Please take a moment to review our pictures, as they accurately portray the true condition of this amp.
